Cara Meets the Neighbors

Cara is our dog. At least I guess she is. She showed up at our house the week after Ellie, my sweet silver dapple miniature daschund died and seemed to think she belonged here. Since that time, we've named her, collared her and fed her, so I'd say that makes her ours.

Cara loves lawn-mowing day because she gets to bust out of the fence and run amok for a bit. Today, she met one of the neighbor dogs. She's a bit timid and he's a big boy, but no fur flew and they even stopped to check each other out while I snapped a pic.
